Due to significant costs increases from Microsoft Azure, we need to make some changes to the data retention period on Mailmaster. Traditionally, the platform retains data at a default setting of 6 months and can be reduced in the settings to as little as 1 month. Reports can be downloaded/exported manually or automatically retrieved using SFTP (see Settings – Reports) or via API.
As of 1st March 2026 we are reducing our default retention period to 3 months. This can still be reduced in setting to as little as one month if user preferred.
So as to avoid any customer wide price increase (in maintaining the 6 month period) we would ask and client wishing a retention period of more than 3 months to contact their account manager to request pricing for the additional data storage.
