1. Introduction

The document communicates the new features and changes in OMNI Reach release. 

2.    About the Release

Changes made include:

2.1    When uploading customer data, there is an additional check to ensure there is a customer reference column present in the upload (904)

2.2    Can now deselect ‘seeding’ chats with broadcast messages (900)

The setting is at Settings -> Campaign Management in a new tab ‘General’

Uncheck and save and any new chats will not be seeded with previous broadcasts to that number/email.
