2. About the Release
Changes made include:
2.1 Performance changes to the browser-based client (734)
Interacting with the portal will be faster for most tasks.
2.2 Tags are now being checked in workflow Condition nodes (731)
Tags are available via {{Tags.TagName}}. Potential values are true when the tag is present and false when it is not.
2.3 It’s now possible to test for a constant value in workflow decision nodes (731)
An example would be to test for the presence of a tag.
2.4 Bugfix: Question actions in tag processors and workflows now correctly use the tag prefix (731)
2.5 Bugfix: Blank headers set for API queries are no longer sent (736)
2.6 Formulae and variables used in the API query now ignore leading and trailing whitespace (736)
2.7 Using the delete key in the workflow designer now correctly removes the connectors and nodes (739)
2.8 Bugfix: Saving a new workflow twice no longer duplicates the workflow (740)
2.9 When there is an issue while a library response performs an API lookup, the library response is now entered as if there was no response. The user is now also informed that there was an error with the API lookup (735)
2.10 Agent has an option to unassign themselves from all conversations (727)
Navigation: Profile -> Profile Settings and select the ‘Actions’ tab.

2.11 Organization option to no longer unassign agents from all conversations when they log out (727)
Navigation: Settings -> Organization Settings and select the ‘Agent Settings’ tab.

2.12 Team managers can now unassign all conversations from members of their team (727)
Navigation: Team Manager -> User Management
When clicking ‘Unassign All Conversations’ all conversations for the agent are unassigned – including conversations that are with the customer.
