2. About the Release
Changes made include:
2.1 It is possible to shorten the amount of time that OmniReach holds chat data, and do so per campaign
The system by default will delete any conversation that has had no activity for more than 180 days.
To enable a shorter duration, navigate to Settings -> Campaign Management -> Settings tab and check the box ‘Override for this campaign’. You will then need to enter the number of days you would like to keep the data for.

The system works by analysing each conversation and any conversation that has had no activity for the specified number of days is marked for deletion. This means that there will messages in the system that are older than the specified retention age, but they will be relevant to conversations that are newer and where activity has taken place within the retention period.
IMPORTANT – PLEASE BE AWARE THAT DATA WILL BE UNRECOVERABLE AFTER THE SET PURGE PERIOD. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU GIVE CONSIDERATION TO THIS AS WE ARE UNABLE TO RETRIEVE DATA ONCE PURGED.
2.2 Bugfix: it is now possible to add a library response or group when there are none present
